How To Create A Pinterest Board & Share It

For those of you out there who are new to Pinterest but are considering using it to brainstorm design ideas, it’s actually super easy to use and you’ll find it can be a great tool for visually organizing projects and collecting inspirations for designs.

Whenever possible, we encourage our clients to create a Pinterest board for each room in their house that they are looking to redesign. This makes it easier for us to collaborate virtually on projects and for our team to get a sense of your design ideas and personal style.

To help you newcomers to Pinterest create a board and share it with us or others, I’ve created a quick step-by-step guide that will have you visualizing in no time!

STEP ONE

After you login to Pinterest, click on YOUR NAME on the top right.

STEP TWO

Click on the gray square with the + sign labeled Create Board. Type a name for your new board (kitchen, master bedroom etc) and press the create button.

STEP THREE

You should now see your new board at the top of the panel. Click on your new board.

STEP FOUR

In your new board, click on the edit button (looks like a diagonal pencil) located at the top.

STEP FIVE

At the bottom of the edit page, you’ll see a section called Contributors, Type “Bloom Again Design” and click on my account. This will enable me to view and edit this board with you.
