I hired Katen to oversee the renovation of my condominium. She provided me with all the sampling of materials (cabinets, flooring, paint, hardware, appliances, etc.), which was a huge help and time saver. She monitored the contractors and was readily accessible, took progress pictures, and made the whole process pain-free. She's very reliable and honest, knows the business well and has a good sense of design. If I had 10 more condos to renovate, she'd be managing all of them. Particularly for people who live off the island, she's a great resource to use to get a renovation completed in absentia.
